Men's Shed at Pink Stumps Day in support of the McGrath Foundation.

Last Saturday, the Men's Shed ran a very successful Sausage Sizzle on the rec oval on Coochie in support of the McGrath Foundation. This event was Pink Stumps Day, and pink was certainly in evidence everywhere.

There's no doubt that, although the men were skilled and played to win, the women's match in the morning was the highlight of the day. It's unlikely that any new national champions were birthed on the day, but there was fun and excitement as the women bent the rules, the stumps and the bats, all in the service of the McGrath Foundation and, of course, a good time in the rain.

The Men's Shed has donated a portion of every sale to the McGrath Foundation. We are very happy to support this organization.
